Q: Is possible to restore backup to other different browser than?
R: No. BrowserBackup can only restore a backup in the same browser.
Q: Is possible to use BrowserBackup in other machines with same license?
R: Yes. On BrowserBackup 5.x and 6.x is limited to 3 machines. But, In 7.x series are able to use it in all machines you need.
Q: I’ve lost my password from license .. how to get new one?
R: Contact me for request new password. (I Need the same e-mail address you used to register BrowserBackup).
Q: I would like to make backups in the cloud, I need?
R: You need latest version of BB (7.x and upper) and valid license ID and password.
Q: What is the maximum file size for Browser Backup Cloud feature?
R: 7 MB. (at the moment).
Q: I lost my backup I be created in the Cloud. What happens?
R: Perhaps your backup continues on our cloud-server. Please contact me to try to recover this. In any case, this feature is experimental.
Q: How secure is my backup in the cloud?
R: Your backup is protected by E-mail ID and Password. If other users try to use your backup also is encripted in by AES-256 and then uploaded to our cloud-server. Is impossible to open your backup file by any user except yourself.
On other way, your license password is encripted on MD5 (Irreversible encription).
